Its expansion into human lactoferrin and human beta-casein, with applications spanning women’s health and infant nutrition, also makes it relevant for Symrise's health, nutrition and functional ingredient activities.

Why now?

All G is entering a commercial scale-up and international expansion phase, following the US launch of LFX, with discussions underway for a second production facility in Europe leveraging its JV with Savencia subsidiary Armor Protéines and partnership with Döhler, alongside planned expansion in Southeast Asia.

However, Döhler is already a strategic investor and partner, supporting pilot production and distribution, which may limit the scope for a similar partnership with Symrise but makes All G particularly relevant to monitor as a strategic and technology benchmark.
